Ms. Alicia founded Hidden Bee Learning out of a deeply personal journey as a mother. Her passion for reading, hands-on learning, and creating a place where every child truly belongs is at the heart of everything here.

Ms. Rachelle keeps things running beautifully behind the scenes. From family communication and events to social media and the beloved pumpkin patch, she brings organization and heart to everything she touches.

Most of the children call her Lyds. She started as a Teacher’s Aide two years ago and grew into the Pathfinders Teacher role. You will find her on the floor with the children, in it with them, making learning feel exactly like it should.

Miss Lydia loves teaching our Little Explorers through songs, stories, crafts, and hands-on circle time. She believes education is about paying attention to who each child is and figuring out how each one learns best.

Mr. Zac is Ms. Alicia’s son and steps in at Hidden Bee Learning whenever he can. He brings a love of science, drones, weather, history, and animals into the classroom, and you will find him driving the hayride every pumpkin patch season.

Mr. David is Ms. Alicia’s husband and lives right here at Hidden Bee Farm. He jumps in when an extra hand is needed, especially during animal time, and the children always love waving hello and showing him what they have been working on.
