Alicia Seaton—known affectionately as Ms. Alicia—is the Program Director and Owner of Hidden Bee Learning and Hidden Bee Farm in Columbia, Tennessee. With a degree in Business and a background in Art, Alicia brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic leadership to both her educational programs and farm animal rescue initiatives.
After moving from California with her husband of over 37 years, she followed a shared dream of creating a space where children could learn through connection—with nature, animals, and each other. As both a former homeschooling mom and advocate for alternative education, Alicia designs immersive, hands-on learning experiences that encourage curiosity, compassion, and confidence.
She is also the co-founder of Hidden Bee Animal Rescue, where children and families can experience the healing power of caring for rescued farm animals. Through her leadership, Hidden Bee has become a beloved community resource for enrichment, empathy, and joyful learning.
