Tuition Assistance Disclaimer
Hidden Bee Tuition Assistance is limited, partial, and subject to availability. Submission of a Tuition Assistance Application does not guarantee that assistance will be awarded. Awards are determined at Hidden Bee’s discretion based on program capacity and the factors outlined in each Tuition Assistance policy.
Tuition Assistance may be approved, denied, modified, or discontinued at any time to support program sustainability. Tuition Assistance decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Due to limited awards, Hidden Bee is unable to provide individual feedback regarding application outcomes.
Hidden Bee reserves the right to verify information provided in an application and may withdraw assistance in cases of misrepresentation, omission of relevant information, or noncompliance with program expectations.
Notification of Decisions
When a deadline is published, selected families will be notified after the review period. Due to limited awards, only selected families will be contacted unless otherwise stated in the policy for a specific program.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Hidden Bee understands that tuition assistance applications may contain personal or sensitive information. Information submitted through a Tuition Assistance Application is reviewed internally and used solely for the purpose of evaluating tuition assistance eligibility and administering tuition assistance awards.
Hidden Bee does not share application information publicly. Internal access is limited to authorized personnel involved in the tuition assistance review process and program administration.
