Summer Camp Tuition Assistance
Hidden Bee Farm Summer Camps
Hidden Bee Farm Summer Camps are private, for-profit educational programs designed to provide safe, high-quality, hands-on learning experiences. To support limited community access while maintaining program sustainability, Hidden Bee Farm offers a small number of Tuition Assistance Awards each season.
Tuition Assistance is intended to provide partial financial support to select families whose circumstances align with the mission, values, and operational capacity of the program. Tuition Assistance is not a general discount and is not guaranteed.
Limited Availability
Due to the operational costs associated with staffing, materials, animal care, safety requirements, and program development, Hidden Bee Farm is only able to offer a limited number of Tuition Assistance Awards.
- One Tuition Assistance Award is available per group, per session.
- Awards are partial and do not cover full tuition.
- Tuition Assistance is subject to availability and approval.
- Hidden Bee Farm reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
Award Amounts by Group
Tuition Assistance applies to camp tuition only. The $50 deposit is required for all families and is applied toward total tuition. Awards apply to one week of camp only.
- Little Explorers: $50 Tuition Assistance
- Pathfinders: $70 Tuition Assistance
- Trailblazers: $70 Tuition Assistance
- Pioneers: $80 Tuition Assistance
Application Process
- Application deadline: May 1st
- Selected families will be notified by May 8th.
- Due to the limited number of awards, only selected families will be contacted.
- Applications received after May 1st may be considered only if awards remain available.
- Incomplete or late applications may not be reviewed.
Selection Criteria
Applications are reviewed through a confidential internal evaluation process. Selection is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to financial need, alignment with program values, commitment and reliability, and overall program capacity.
Decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Due to the limited number of awards, Hidden Bee Farm is unable to provide individual feedback regarding application outcomes.
Additional Terms
- Tuition Assistance Awards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Awards cannot be applied to other sessions or programs.
- Awards cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly approved.
- Hidden Bee Farm reserves the right to verify application information and withdraw assistance in cases of misrepresentation or noncompliance.
Commitment to Sustainability
Hidden Bee Farm is committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and sustainable approach to Tuition Assistance. Offering unlimited or full scholarships would compromise the financial and operational stability of the program and reduce the quality of services provided to all students. For this reason, Tuition Assistance is intentionally limited and carefully administered.
