Hidden Bee Learning Tuition Assistance
Annual Program (August–May)
Hidden Bee Learning is a private, for-profit educational program. To support limited access for families who may benefit from partial tuition support, Hidden Bee Learning offers a small number of Tuition Assistance Awards each year.
Tuition Assistance is intended to provide partial financial support to select families while maintaining the sustainability and quality of our program. Tuition Assistance is not a general discount and is not guaranteed.
Limited Availability
Due to staffing, materials, program operations, and year-long planning commitments, Tuition Assistance is intentionally limited. Hidden Bee Learning offers two (2) Tuition Assistance Awards per program year.
- Two awards total are available each program year.
- Awards are partial and do not cover full tuition.
- Tuition Assistance is subject to availability, approval, and program capacity.
- Hidden Bee Learning reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
Tuition and Award Amount
Tuition is $45 per day, up to four days per week, for the program year (August–May). Tuition Assistance applies to the program year only.
- Annual Tuition Assistance Award: up to $800 per selected student, per program year.
- Schedule-based adjustment:
- 4-day schedule: up to $800
- 3-day schedule: up to $600
- 2-day schedule: up to $400
- 1-day schedule: up to $200
Application Process
- Application deadline: May 1st
- Selected families will be notified by May 8th.
- Due to the limited number of awards, only selected families will be contacted.
- Late applications may be considered only if awards remain available.
- Incomplete applications may not be reviewed.
Selection Criteria
Applications are reviewed through a confidential internal evaluation process. Selection is based on multiple factors, including demonstrated need, alignment with program expectations and values, commitment and reliability, and overall program capacity.
Decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Due to limited awards, Hidden Bee Learning is unable to provide individual feedback on outcomes.
Additional Terms
- Tuition Assistance Awards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Awards apply only to the program year identified in the application.
- Awards cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly approved in writing.
- Hidden Bee Learning reserves the right to verify application information and withdraw assistance in cases of misrepresentation or noncompliance.
Commitment to Sustainability
Hidden Bee Learning is committed to a fair, consistent, and sustainable approach to Tuition Assistance. Offering unlimited or full scholarships would compromise program stability and reduce the quality of services provided to all enrolled students. For this reason, Tuition Assistance is limited and carefully administered.
