Application Timeline and Important Notes
Annual Program Year: Tuition assistance is offered for the Annual Learning Program (August–May). Tuition assistance awards apply to the current program year only and are reviewed annually.
Fall 2026 Applications: Applications for the Annual Learning Program (August 2026–May 2027) must be submitted by April 1, 2026. Families will be notified of award decisions by April 15, 2026.
Winter/Spring 2027 Entry: If a family is applying for a mid-year start (Winter/Spring 2027), any tuition assistance awarded (if available) applies to the remainder of the August–May program year, not to a separate semester.
Enrollment Note: Submission of a tuition assistance application does not reserve enrollment. A child’s placement is secured only once registration and the required deposit are completed, pending space availability.
Tuition Assistance Disclaimer
Hidden Bee Learning Tuition Assistance is limited, partial, and subject to availability. Submission of a Tuition Assistance Application does not guarantee that assistance will be awarded. Awards are determined at Hidden Bee Learning’s discretion based on program capacity and the factors outlined in each Tuition Assistance policy.
Tuition Assistance may be approved, denied, modified, or discontinued at any time to support program sustainability. Tuition Assistance decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Due to limited awards, Hidden Bee Learning is unable to provide individual feedback regarding application outcomes.
Hidden Bee Learning reserves the right to verify information provided in an application and may withdraw assistance in cases of misrepresentation, omission of relevant information, or noncompliance with program expectations.
Notification of Decisions
Following the published deadline, all applications will be reviewed internally. Due to limited awards, only selected families will be contacted unless otherwise stated.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Hidden Bee Learning understands that tuition assistance applications may contain personal or sensitive information. Information submitted through a Tuition Assistance Application is reviewed internally and used solely for the purpose of evaluating tuition assistance eligibility and administering tuition assistance awards.
Hidden Bee Learning does not share application information publicly. Internal access is limited to authorized personnel involved in the tuition assistance review process and program administration.
Applicants should avoid submitting highly sensitive documents (such as full tax returns, social security numbers, or detailed medical records) unless specifically requested by Hidden Bee Learning. If additional documentation is needed, Hidden Bee Learning will request it directly.
Applicant Acknowledgments
By submitting a Tuition Assistance Application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Tuition Assistance is limited, partial, and not guaranteed.

- Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment or receipt of tuition assistance.
- Submission of an application does not reserve a spot in any program.
