2. About Hidden Bee Learning
Hidden Bee Learning is a homeschool-aligned microschool and enrichment center located in Columbia, Tennessee.
We operate under Tennessee homeschool guidelines and are designed to support families who value hands-on, child-centered learning.

3. Programs and Curriculum
Hidden Bee Learning offers semester-based educational programs designed to meet children where they are developmentally.

Little Explorers: Ages 3–5/6

Pathfinders: Ages 6–7/8

Trailblazers / Enrichment: Ages 8–11
Age groupings are flexible and determined by both birthdate and learning readiness.
Programs use curriculum materials such as Experience Curriculum™, Moving Beyond the Page®, and Blossom and Root®.
Enrollment, communication, and billing may be managed through trusted third-party platforms, including Brightwheel®.
4. Our Commitment
All programs are led by educators and staff trained in trauma-informed and child-centered practices.
We believe in servant leadership, guiding children with empathy, patience, and respect.
Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing learning environment that supports curiosity and confidence in every child.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle all personal information securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using this site or registering for programs, you consent to the secure collection and storage of your information.
We never sell or share personal data without your consent.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
Hidden Bee Learning operates on a semester-based enrollment system.

Tuition is paid weekly unless other arrangements are made.

A $50 deposit per child per program is required and becomes non-refundable once your spot is confirmed.

Missed classes are not refunded, though make-up days may be offered when available.
Withdrawal Policy:

Families may withdraw before July 14 prior to the fall semester. Only the $50 deposit will be forfeited.

After July 14, a 30-day written notice and a $450 withdrawal fee are required since your child’s spot cannot easily be filled.

Families enrolling after July 14 agree to this withdrawal policy upon registration.
7. Attendance and Pick-Up Policy

Regular Program Hours:
Drop-off begins at 8:55 AM, and programs start promptly at 9:00 AM.
Pick-up for all programs is at 12:30 PM. -
Fall and Summer Camps:
Drop-off and pick-up times may vary depending on the camp session.
Exact times will be provided in your camp registration materials and confirmation emails. -
Late Pick-Up:
A 15-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled pick-up time.
After that, a $1 per minute per child late fee applies.
8. Website Content and Use
All materials on this website — including text, photos, and layout — are owned by Hidden Bee Learning.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify website content without written permission.
Curriculum names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with proper credit.
9. Family and Student Expectations
Families agree to:

Follow all safety and farm guidelines

Keep children home when sick or symptomatic
Hidden Bee Learning reserves the right to withdraw a student if behavior repeatedly disrupts or endangers others.
10. Media and Liability Waivers
By enrolling, families agree that photos or videos of their child may be used for educational or promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
Families also release Hidden Bee Learning and Hidden Bee Farm from liability for minor injuries that may occur during normal program or camp activities.
11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or end website access or program participation for non-payment, policy violations, or unsafe behavior.
12. Third-Party Tools and Links
Our website and programs may include tools or links from other companies (such as Brightwheel, YouTube, or PayPal).
When using these services, you are also subject to their individual terms and privacy policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
Hidden Bee Learning, its owners, and staff are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to website use or program participation.
14. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Maury County, Tennessee.
