Program Overview
Hidden Bee Learning is a homeschool-aligned microschool and enrichment center located in Columbia, Tennessee. Programs are designed to support families seeking hands-on, child-centered learning experiences.
All website content, including schedules, tuition, curriculum details, policies, program descriptions, and availability, may be revised at any time to reflect current offerings or operational needs.
For official homeschool guidance, families should consult the Tennessee Department of Education and HSLDA Tennessee homeschool law resources.
Offerings and Placement
Hidden Bee Learning offers semester-based educational programs and enrichment opportunities designed to meet children where they are developmentally.
- Little Explorers: Ages 3–5/6
- Pathfinders: Ages 6–7/8
- Trailblazers / Enrichment: Ages 8–11
Age groupings are flexible and may be based on both age and readiness. Curriculum materials may include Experience Curriculum™, Moving Beyond the Page®, and Blossom and Root®. Enrollment, billing, registration, and communication may be managed through trusted third-party platforms.
Environment and Approach
Programs are led by educators and staff who value child-centered, respectful, and relationship-based practices. Our goal is to provide a steady, supportive environment that encourages growth, curiosity, responsibility, and confidence.

Your Information
Hidden Bee Learning handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and uses reasonable measures to safeguard submitted information.
By using this site or registering for programs, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as reasonably necessary for operations, communication, enrollment, billing, safety, and program administration.
Hidden Bee Learning does not sell personal information and does not share personal information except as reasonably necessary to operate programs, comply with legal obligations, or with your consent.
Ownership and Restrictions
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, branding, layout, and design, is the property of Hidden Bee Learning unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use website content without prior written permission. Curriculum names, trademarks, and third-party brand references remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Outside Services
This website and our programs may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including registration systems, payment processors, video platforms, and other outside providers.
Use of those platforms may also be subject to the provider’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices. Hidden Bee Learning is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party services.
Payment, Attendance, and Pick-Up
Tuition, Deposits, and Withdrawal
Hidden Bee Learning operates on a semester-based enrollment system unless otherwise stated for a specific program or camp.
Families withdrawing before July 14 prior to the fall semester forfeit only the deposit. After July 14, a 30-day written notice and a $450 withdrawal fee apply. Families enrolling after July 14 accept this withdrawal policy upon registration.
Program Hours and Release
Regular program drop-off begins at 8:55 AM, and programs start promptly at 9:00 AM. Standard pick-up for regular programs is 12:30 PM unless otherwise stated.
Camp drop-off and pick-up times may vary by session. Exact times will be provided in registration materials and confirmation communications.
A 15-minute grace period is provided after scheduled pick-up. After that, a late fee of $1 per minute per child may apply.
Children will only be released in accordance with Hidden Bee Learning’s authorized pickup procedures and safety policies.
Family Expectations, Media, and Liability
Community Standards
- Treat peers, staff, animals, property, and materials with respect
- Follow safety procedures, farm guidelines, and staff direction
- Keep children home when sick, symptomatic, or not well enough to participate safely
Hidden Bee Learning reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a student if conduct repeatedly disrupts the program, compromises safety, or interferes with the well-being of others.
Photos, Videos, and Routine Risk
By enrolling, families acknowledge that photographs or videos of their child may be used for educational, informational, or promotional purposes unless the family has opted out in writing.
Families also acknowledge that participation in school, farm, and camp activities involves ordinary risks associated with active play, outdoor experiences, animal environments, and hands-on learning.
By participating, families agree to release Hidden Bee Learning and Hidden Bee Farm from claims arising from minor injuries or ordinary incidents that may occur during routine program participation, except where otherwise prohibited by law.
Suspension or Removal
Hidden Bee Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access, enrollment, attendance, or participation for non-payment, repeated policy violations, unsafe behavior, or any other circumstances that materially interfere with operations, safety, or community standards.
