Thoughtfully structured classes with strong early learning and daily outdoor experiences
We currently offer three programs:
- Little Explorers: Ages 3–5 (preschool and early kindergarten)
- Pathfinders: Ages 5–7 (kindergarten to early elementary)
- Trailblazers: Ages 8–11 (older elementary)
Program Hours: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Attendance Options: Families may choose 1–4 days per week (space permitting)
Each group has its own rhythm, expectations, and projects, all built on the same core values of kindness, curiosity, and responsibility.
Little Explorers
Ages 3–5
Little Explorers is our preschool class for ages 3 to 5 who are ready for a gentle but structured start.
Children:
- Build early reading and writing readiness
- Grow number sense and early math through play and simple activities
- Learn how to follow directions and be part of a group
- Explore science, nature, and art with hands on projects
- Spend time outside each day for play, nature exploration, and occasional, supervised animal visits
We begin in the classroom with circle time and table activities, then move outside for part of the morning so children can move, explore, and practice what they are learning.

Pathfinders balances structured lessons at tables with movement, projects, and time outside so children stay engaged and active while still making academic progress.
Trailblazers
Older elementary enrichment
Trailblazers meets on Wednesdays only.
Program Hours: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Trailblazers is our older student enrichment day, currently offered on Wednesdays.
Trailblazers focuses on:
- Larger projects in science, history, and farm skills
- Team challenges and problem solving
- Hands on art, building, and creative work
- Structured outdoor time and farm experiences, guided by staff
It is a good fit for older homeschool students who want one dedicated day each week to work on meaningful projects with a small peer group.
