Tuition Assistance
Hidden Bee Farm Summer Camps are private, for-profit educational programs. To support limited community access while maintaining program sustainability, we offer a small number of Tuition Assistance Awards each season.
Tuition Assistance is intended to provide partial financial support to select families whose circumstances align with the mission, values, and operational capacity of the program. It is not a general discount and is not guaranteed.
Limited Availability and Award Amounts
How Many Awards We Offer
Due to the operational costs of staffing, materials, animal care, safety requirements, and program development, Tuition Assistance is intentionally limited and carefully administered each season.
What Each Group Can Receive
Awards apply to one week of camp only. The $50 deposit is required for all families and is applied toward total tuition.
Awards cannot be applied to other sessions or programs and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly approved in writing.

Selection Criteria
Applications are reviewed through a confidential internal evaluation process. Selection is based on multiple factors:
- Demonstrated financial need
- Alignment with program values and expectations
- Commitment and reliability
- Overall program capacity
Decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Hidden Bee Farm is unable to provide individual feedback regarding application outcomes.

Tuition Assistance
Applications are accepted each spring. The deadline is May 1st and selected families are notified by May 8th. If you have questions before applying, reach out through our contact page.
