Unleash your creative spirit at Hidden Bee Farm with, beginner-friendly sewing classes! Perfect for the young and young-at-heart (ages 7 and up), these classes are a great way to dive into the colorful world of sewing, regardless of prior experience.
One and One-Half Hour Weekend Class Series:
Get ready for a whirl of fun with our sewing workshop! Stitch, laugh, and create with us for four awesome Saturdays in June, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. It’s time to let your imagination fly and make some cool stuff with your own two hands!
- Class 1: Saturday, June 17
- Class 2: Saturday, June 24
- Class 3: Saturday, July 01
- Class 4: Saturday, July 08
Two-Day Sewing Sprint:
Ready for an extra dose of sewing fun? Then our two-day sewing workshop is perfect for you! It’s the same creative class you love, but with more time to enjoy crafting your masterpiece. More stitches, more fun, more time to sew – it’s the perfect choice for eager young tailors!
- Class 1: Saturday and Sunday, June 17-18 – 01:00 pm-03:30 pm or
- Class 2: Saturday and Sunday, June 24-25 – 01:00 pm-03:30 pm

Who Can Join: Everyone aged 8 and up, especially those eager to learn, explore, and create something beautiful!
What You’ll Learn:
From threading a needle to using a sewing machine, you’ll get to learn:
- The essentials of sewing, both by hand and with a machine
- Threading a needle like a pro
- Sewing a button neatly and firmly
- Crafting a perfect basic stitch
- Handling a sewing machine with ease
What’s more? As the grand finale of the course, you’ll create your very own pin cushion! These handy little helpers are the perfect starting project, and will be an essential part of your sewing journey moving forward.
Class Plan:
- Day 1: Dip your toes into the wonderful world of sewing
- Day 2: Become a pro at threading needles and sewing buttons
- Day 3: Master the technique of sewing a basic stitch
- Day 4: Get comfortable with a sewing machine and create your first project – a pin cushion!
Materials: Just bring your excitement and we’ll provide the rest! All the supplies, from needles and threads to sewing machines, will be provided by us.
Pricing:
Whether you opt for the one-hour-and-a-half class series or the two-day sewing sprint, the cost is $45 per person.
Do note, however, that our sewing machine availability is limited, which means so are our spots! Book your place early and ensure you don’t miss out on this fantastic sewing adventure.
