Disclaimer for Classes at Hidden Bee Farm
Terms of Participation for Educational Workshops at Hidden Bee Farm, 753 Carters Creek Pike, Columbia, Tennessee 38401
By registering for and participating in any classes (“Class”) at Hidden Bee Farm (“Venue”), you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this disclaimer:
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in the Class involves hands-on activities that may pose inherent risks. By signing up for the Class, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for any personal injury you may sustain, as well as any damage or loss to personal property.
- Compliance with Rules: You agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the Venue and the Class instructors. Failure to follow such rules and instructions may result in removal from the Class.
- Release of Liability: You release the Venue, its instructors, affiliates, and employees from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of your voluntary participation in the Class.
- Photography/Recording: You consent to the capture and use of your image and/or voice during the Class and allow the Venue to use these photographs and/or recordings for promotional or educational purposes.
- Personal Belongings: The Venue is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to the Class.
- Health and Safety: You certify that you and any minors under your guardianship are physically able to participate in the Class and do not have any medical conditions that would be exacerbated by participation.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: The Venue reserves the right to cancel any Class for any reason. In such an event, registrants will be notified and provided with options for refunds or rescheduling.
- Changes to Terms: The Venue reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Class after such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
By signing up and registering for the Class, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to be bound by its terms.
