Program Director and Founder
Hi, I’m Alicia, though most of the children call me Ms. Alicia. I’m the Program Director and Founder of Hidden Bee Learning and Hidden Bee Farm in Columbia, Tennessee. With a background in business and art, I enjoy blending creativity and structure to design programs that help children grow with confidence and joy.
After moving from California with my husband of more than 37 years, we wanted to create a place where learning feels connected to nature, animals, and each other. As a former homeschooling mom, I understand that every child learns differently and that they thrive when they are given space to explore, ask questions, and feel understood.
Along with our learning programs, I help run Hidden Bee Animal Rescue, where children and families experience the calm and happiness that come from caring for rescued animals. My goal is to keep building a space filled with compassion, curiosity, and community where children feel seen, supported, and excited to learn every day.
