From hands-on craft sessions and thrilling outdoor expeditions to storytelling, holiday celebrations, and some splash of science here and there, the variety we offer ensures each child finds their favorite activity. And don’t fret about inclement weather; we’ve got a plethora of indoor fun up our sleeves, just in case!
PREPARE FOR THE ADVENTURE:
All you need is an energetic spirit, a dash of curiosity, and perhaps some comfortable clothes for the multitude of activities planned. With every passing week, children will unearth new skills, friendships, and memories that last a lifetime.
In order to streamline the billing process and make it more manageable for families, we’ve devised a monthly payment system for the duration of the program. Here’s what you need to know:
- Equal Monthly Payments: To simplify the process, we’ve divided the total cost of the program into eight equal payments. Each payment will be $54.
- Billing Cycle: These payments will be automatically billed at the start of each month, starting in October and concluding in May. This ensures that the financial aspect is taken care of and allows you and your child to focus solely on the enriching experience our program offers.
- Total Cost: The total billed amount over the eight months will be $432. The program’s actual cost is $430, which means there is a minor overpayment of $2. This overage will be addressed at the end of the program.
- Handling the Overpayment: At the conclusion of the program, the slight overpayment of $2 can be refunded to you, credited towards future programs at Hidden Bee Farm, or if you choose, it can be donated to support our ongoing initiatives.
- Automatic Billing Cease: Please rest assured that the automatic monthly payments will conclude after the May billing, with no additional charges or hidden fees.
